Women's Self-Defense Sundays

At Warrior Combat Arts Academy, we believe every woman deserves the confidence that comes from knowing how to protect herself. With more than two decades of teaching experience, SiFu Adrian Tandez has dedicated his career to helping students develop confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills.

A Harvard graduate, longtime martial arts instructor, and founder of Warrior Combat Arts Academy, Adrian combines professional teaching experience with realistic self-defense training in a positive, student-centered environment. His goal is to help every student become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for everyday life.

Do I need any previous martial arts experience?

No. This program is designed for complete beginners as well as students with previous training.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing such as a T-shirt, leggings, shorts, or workout pants. Athletic shoes are not required while training on the mats.

What is the minimum age?

Women and girls 13 years of age and older are welcome.

Can mothers and daughters train together?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage mothers and daughters to learn side by side while building confidence and creating lasting memories together.

Is this class safe?

Yes. Safety is our highest priority. Every class is taught in a controlled, respectful, and supportive environment, with instruction tailored to each student's experience level.
